Our Story

The concept for Azura Prime was conceived several years ago by co-owner Steve Becker while he was managing the real estate portfolio on the east coast for a global staffing company. Steve was always a DIY guy who applied this mindset in his professional and personal life to offset the high costs of repairs, maintenance, new construction and remodels of commercial and residential properties. His “hands on” approach experiences gained from the buying and selling of personal properties over the last 35 years have given him the knowledge and practical experience needed to be successful. In his professional life, Steve managed high volume full service casual dining restaurants in California, Florida, and Pennsylvania as a general manager and area manager responsible for all aspects of each location including repairs and maintenance. As a Regional Operations Manager, Steve broadened his experiences to a corporate and commercial real estate environment where he was responsible for over 20 physical locations and facilitated the relocation, remodel and closing down of each unit as the need arose.

Steve had always been helping family, friends, and neighbors with their home improvement projects but when Covid hit and his corporate position was eliminated he had more time on his hands which enabled him to spend more time on his passion; helping others for an extremely affordable price, either on his own or working with the home owners.
